Money Can Buy You Everything:

By spending money, Jin Zixuan can gain advantages in different situations. This ability takes a few different forms, comparable to the following D&D spells:

1. Calm Emotions - He can suppress the strong emotions of all people in a 20 foot radius (those with a strong will can resist), and dissolve all feelings of fear or animosity. He can make his targets indifferent to people they previously felt hostile towards. This effect lasts half an hour.
   
2. Charm Person - He can focus the ability on one person who was previously indifferent to him, and make them behave as if they are a friendly acquaintance, willingly helping him or giving him whatever he asks for. This effect lasts one hour and at the end, the target will know they have been charmed.
   
3. Modify Memory - He can affect one target's memory of an event that they experienced within the last 24 hours and that lasted no more than 10 minutes. He can permanently eliminate all memory of the event, allow the target to recall the event with perfect clarity and exacting detail, change their memory of the details of the event, or create a memory of some other event. The new memory he creates must make logical sense to the target, or else they will dismiss it as some sort of wild dream. He can't give someone the memory of riding a unicorn into space, as an example.

If he runs out of money, then he cannot use this power. The spells' strength is directly correlated to how much money he spends.
